I cannot get this app to load. Does it not work on the older iPhones?

The multiplayer is really what made this game fun! Also, the screen is still WAY TO SMALL! Although it is still playable, there needs to be a full screen option! Not worth 5 bucks at all!!!!!!!

5 stars for this classic. Ive played 100s of games in the last 25 years (my mom owned a video store, and I was one of the game testers :) ) and bubble bobble has always been one of my favorites. Kudos on a job well done. I was beyond thrilled to find one of my favorite NES games for my ipad2. The classic mode is spot on to the original, and is as frustratingly hard as I remember. Takes me back to being 5 years old sitting 3 inches from the tv screen. My only suggestion is to have the original music available in classic mode. The techno remixes are fun, but it takes away from the retro feel for us old timers (even though I realize you have to appeal to the younger, graphics, fast paced oriented generations). The new version is an interesting take on the old game, and personally provides a nice break from the virtual gameboy joystick and A/B buttons.

Screen needs to be full size on classic version. Not worth $5 unless an update comes out to fix small screen

For classic it needs a d-pad and bigger screen. Some levels became nearly impossible because of this.

This game is great for the old school fan for sure. My only suggestion is getting rid of the exit button in the classic mode, or making it so you resume where you left off when you exit, as it is too easy on the iPhone to exit by accident.

Not worth $4.99... Not a bad game, just overpriced by $2.99!

Please add an option to get rid of the second player in classic mode. It ruins the whole experience with him there asking you to press start.

There was a lot of bad reviews about this game. I say there was absolutely no problem to it, but maybe the price. But it was worth it. I say people argue about the controllers is because of the size of their fingers. Lol. Mines was perfect and beat the classic version in ease and entertaining. Plus you can change the game sideways if its not comfortable to play vertically. I give a 5/5 as an overall grade. This game brings back a lot of memories even though I played it once before in my life until it was lost somehow. Anyways. I guarantee it will be perfect in waiting or breaks.

I love the arcade version of Bubble Bobble. This version is good but would be awesome if it was iCade compatible. The original/classic version needs precise controls to really enjoy. I love seeing these classic arcade games being released for the iPad but would love to see developers embrace the iCade device so we can truly enjoy that classic arcade experience at home without the sticky floor, strobe lights and our jeans being weighted down with quarters.

I loved this game as a kid and am glad the app version is true to the original. The controls are hard to maneuver but Ive managed to get to level 82. I LOVE how you can turn on the blue Dino as a second player. He helped me get past some of the harder levels. Overall satisfied but definitely not worth $4.99, more like $1.99

This game is awesome but I would like a save feature so I could save my progress.
